The Town of Mondonville makes several municipal halls available for private, community and business events. Located in the town, these spaces can suit family or social gatherings, parties, conferences, training sessions and events organised by businesses. Local associations and event organisers can also request a hall for their activities, subject to approval by the town council and availability.
The spaces on offer include the Orion and Centaure halls, as well as a large, flexible hall at espace Bouconne. Features and conditions vary from one hall to another. Orion and Centaure have catering areas where meals or buffets can be arranged, which must be declared when submitting the request. Tables and chairs can be provided on request. Capacity is subject to regulations, and specific safety instructions apply depending on the layout and number of attendees.
Bookings are handled by the municipal department responsible for local and community life. Requests must be submitted in writing, specifying the programme, timings, duration of use, and set-up and dismantling times. It is recommended that you apply at least two months in advance. Use of the hall is confirmed in writing, with fees and a deposit set according to the hall and the applicant's profile. Organisers are responsible for complying with the rules, restoring the premises to their original condition and handling the procedures related to their event. To find out which halls are available and what arrangements currently apply, contact Mondonville Town Hall.
