Ahavah Cottage

Ahavah Cottage is a private wedding venue in Elysian, Minnesota, set across three acres of landscaped grounds. Couples can host their ceremony and reception in one place, with the property reserved exclusively for their event. The venue welcomes up to 200 guests and offers both indoor and outdoor options, giving organisers flexibility if the weather changes or they want different settings for each part of the day.

The main reception space, the White Room, has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, natural light and an upstairs loft. It connects to The Pub, an indoor-outdoor bar and lounge area with patio access and outdoor fireplaces. For ceremonies, couples can choose the wooded garden or an indoor chapel. The grounds also include gardens, outdoor gathering areas and dedicated photo locations. Tables, chairs, linens and venue set-up and breakdown are included in the rental, along with access to two private suites where the wedding party can get ready.

The venue team is on site during events and can provide day-of coordination, or couples may hire an outside professional coordinator. Ahavah Cottage offers in-house bar service, while couples can choose from recommended caterers or bring in another licensed caterer. Overnight accommodation is available nearby through two properties promoted by the business. The venue is also wheelchair accessible and has private parking. Its spaces and facilities are designed primarily for weddings and wedding celebrations, with booking times that allow the couple and their guests to use the property for much of the day.
