Reeves County Civic Center

Reeves County Civic Center is a public event venue in Pecos, Texas, offering indoor and covered outdoor spaces for organisers planning gatherings of different kinds. Its main dance hall can host banquets, trade shows, quinceañeras and other large functions. A concession stand serves the dance hall and the neighbouring Buck Jackson Arena, giving organisers an additional option for events that need refreshments.

For meetings, workshops or smaller gatherings, the centre has a conference room that can be divided into four separate rooms or opened into one larger space. This flexible layout lets planners adapt the room to the programme, whether they need several breakout areas or a single shared setting. A covered pavilion beside the dance hall provides another option, with shelter from the weather for outdoor activities and receptions.

A kitchen connects with the lobby and conference rooms. It includes a stove, refrigerator, sink and steam table, with a serving window for food service. Organisers should note that utensils are not provided. Other practical facilities include Wi-Fi, a speaker podium, renovated restrooms, accessible access and plentiful on-site parking. The centre is close to Buck Jackson Arena, which may be useful when planning activities across the neighbouring facilities.

Event planners can book individual areas, combine spaces or enquire about using the centre as a whole. Its mix of a large function hall, adaptable conference rooms and a sheltered pavilion makes it suitable for community celebrations, business gatherings, exhibitions and private occasions in the Pecos area. Contact the centre's booking representative to discuss availability and arrangements for a specific event.
