Fiddler's Gruene

Fiddler's Gruene is a rustic event venue at Gruene Homestead in New Braunfels, Texas, set in a historic barn with a distinctive Hill Country character. Its indoor hall and outdoor spaces give organisers options for weddings, receptions, family celebrations, business meetings and other special gatherings. The venue can host up to 250 guests across its indoor and outdoor areas, while smaller events are also welcome.

The barn's high ceilings, exposed beams and warm lighting provide a characterful backdrop, with the setting adaptable to suit different styles and occasions. Indoor and outdoor seating, a landscaped courtyard, stages and dance floors allow guests to move between spaces and make room for speeches, live music, dancing or relaxed conversation. A video screen, air conditioning and heating, parking, bathrooms and yard games are among the practical features available.

Venue hire includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, a customisable floor plan and support from a venue coordinator before the event. During the occasion, an event coordinator can help with set-up, guest flow and the running schedule. Organisers can select from catering options and bring their own alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with bar and waiting staff available at additional cost. Decor options are also available, and the venue can accommodate different rental durations.

For guests travelling to the area, overnight accommodation is available at the neighbouring Gruene Homestead, which offers historic guest rooms and suites. The venue is less than a mile from the Gruene Historic District, making it a convenient choice for couples and event planners seeking a distinctive local setting with both indoor and outdoor facilities.
