Vakuum e.V.
- Am Bahnhof 2, 29549 Bad Bevensen, Germany
VaKuuM also provides space for cultural activities beyond music. The association lists theatre, readings, exhibitions, workshops and seminars as possible event formats, and encourages interaction between emerging artists and experienced cultural professionals. The rooms can also be used in collaboration with other associations for their own events. This makes the venue particularly suitable for cultural associations and event organisers looking for a welcoming setting for concerts, cultural gatherings or smaller stage productions.
VaKuuM is right next to Bad Bevensen railway station. There is parking in front of the building, which the operator says is free to use for evening and weekend events. The venue is accessible. Alongside running events, the non-profit association, which is managed by volunteers, supports regional culture and provides artists with a point of contact for performance enquiries. The venue thus brings together event space, a cultural programme and local collaboration in one place.
