Ferme de Gaiffier is an event venue in Cognelée, about ten minutes from Namur. The former farm has a renovated barn fitted out as a reception venue. The building's authentic character has been preserved, while the hall has been adapted for a range of occasions. Organisers can host weddings, receptions, seminars, private parties and incentive activities, among other events.
The barn offers 260 m² of space and is suitable for gatherings of 20 to 200 people. Its layout can be adapted to suit the event, allowing the space to be used for different setups and programmes. In addition to the hall, there is a semi-equipped professional kitchen, toilets for men and women, an accessible toilet and a spacious cloakroom. Outside, guests can enjoy views of a landscaped garden and the rural landscape of the Haspengouw region.
The venue is hired without a regular caterer or drinks supplier. This means organisers can choose a caterer and drinks partner who suit their plans. The audiovisual equipment and DJ service are provided by an external partner. This makes the farm a good choice for anyone wanting to put together their own programme and looking for a rural venue for a celebratory or business event. Thanks to its location near Namur, the hall is accessible from different parts of Wallonia, with Brussels and Liège also within driving distance.
