The Lerner Theatre

The Lerner Theatre is a historic performing arts venue in downtown Elkhart, Indiana, available to organisers looking for a distinctive place to stage an event. The theatre can be hired for performances, lectures, film screenings, television and video work, professional workshops and conferences. Its grand auditorium and stage provide a memorable setting for productions and audience-focused occasions, while the venue also offers lobby, meeting and flexible spaces for other event needs.

For receptions, banquets and celebrations, the Crystal Ballroom brings a separate option within the Lerner complex. Its high ceilings, decorative detailing, chandeliers and balcony overlooking Central Park give the room a characterful backdrop for weddings, business conferences and larger gatherings. The ballroom can also be divided to suit smaller events, and the venue highlights audiovisual facilities and in-house culinary service as part of its offer.

The theatre's rental team accepts enquiries with event details, preferred dates, expected attendance and any rehearsal requirements. Organisers can ask about using the venue's ticketing service, and the rental information also covers practical arrangements such as table and chair set-up, linen options and catering. Outside catering may be arranged with an appropriately licensed caterer, subject to advance coordination with venue management. Rental terms include requirements for deposits, insurance, event rights or clearances, and security where applicable.

With its restored historic interiors and a range of spaces under one roof, The Lerner Theatre can suit organisers planning a performance, conference, reception, wedding celebration or community gathering in Elkhart. Contact the venue to discuss availability, technical details and the best space for your event.
