In Bobigny, near Paris, Ritz Plazza offers several spaces for hire for private receptions and business events. The complex includes rooms of different sizes and styles, suited to both intimate celebrations and large receptions. Depending on the space chosen, capacity ranges from around 60 people to several hundred guests, up to 520 in the Baccara room.
The venues allow you to plan different stages of an event in one place: welcoming guests, a drinks reception, a ceremony and a reception. Some rooms have a lobby, a terrace or an outdoor space that can be arranged for events. A rooftop is also available in some spaces. The rooms include useful event facilities, including tables and chairs, a kitchen or catering preparation area, as well as a private dressing room in several configurations. Catering is not provided by the venue, so organisers can arrange their own supplier.
Weddings are an important part of the offering, with spaces suited to ceremonies and receptions. The complex also hosts birthdays, family celebrations and other gatherings. For business events, some spaces may be suitable for receptions or corporate events. Additional services are available according to requirements, including decoration, reception by hostesses and valet parking for an extra charge. The rooms can be hired during the day, in the evening or for a longer period. A visit gives you the opportunity to discover the spaces and discuss the layout and a quote tailored to your project.
