K. Sjot

Oudegracht aan de Werf 157, 3511AL Utrecht, Netherlands

Het K-sjot is a club and party basement on the Oudegracht in central Utrecht. Organisers can hire the venue for their own party, reception or other private gathering. The space is in a basement beside the canal and has a distinctive nightlife atmosphere, making it suitable for occasions where music and dancing take centre stage.

The party basement is suitable for groups of around 80 to 260 people. It has a fully equipped bar, as well as a DJ booth and disco lighting. The venue therefore provides the essentials for a celebratory evening without organisers having to arrange these permanent facilities themselves. However, please note that playback equipment is not included as standard, according to the available hire information. So discuss in advance what equipment is needed and what you will need to bring yourself.

The venue may be suitable for birthdays, staff parties, receptions and other events where a private space is required. Its central location makes the party basement an easy-to-recognise meeting place for guests gathering in Utrecht. Contact the venue directly to ask about availability, hire arrangements and any practical conditions. It is also a good idea to discuss your preferred layout, music equipment and bar arrangements in advance, so it is clear what the venue will provide and what you will need to organise yourself.

With its bar, DJ booth and disco lighting, Het K-sjot offers a ready-made club setting for gatherings focused mainly on meeting up and celebrating. It is therefore a venue to consider if you are looking for a party basement in Utrecht to hire for a private group.
