Liberty Hall

Liberty Hall is a historic theatre in downtown Tyler, Texas, operated by the City of Tyler. Alongside its public programme of live music, comedy, theatre and classic films, the venue is available for hire by event planners, performers and community groups seeking a distinctive setting for their own events.

The restored theatre dates back to 1930 and features an Art Deco-inspired interior. Its auditorium seats around 300 guests, making it a characterful option for gatherings that benefit from a stage and a fixed audience layout. Organisers can enquire about hosting concerts, live theatre, film screenings, presentations, corporate functions, weddings and community celebrations.

Liberty Hall offers several rental package types, including options for concerts, theatre, presentations and film screenings, as well as rehearsal days and days when the venue is not otherwise programmed. Packages can be tailored to the renter's requirements, with availability, arrangements and costs discussed directly with the venue team. This gives organisers the opportunity to plan an event around the theatre's own facilities and the format of their programme.

Located in Tyler's historic downtown, Liberty Hall provides a central setting for public performances and private bookings alike. Its theatre atmosphere and stage-focused layout make it particularly well suited to events where guests gather to watch, listen or take part in a presentation. Event planners can contact the team to discuss a proposed date, the type of event and the package that best fits their plans.
