The City Pavilion

The City Pavilion is an event venue in Romford for organisers planning weddings, private celebrations and business gatherings. Its function suites provide options for events ranging from smaller occasions to large receptions, with layouts suited to seated meals, dancing, presentations and other programmes. Couples can enquire about wedding ceremonies and receptions, including celebrations drawing on a range of cultural traditions. The venue also hosts birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, school proms and other family occasions.

For corporate organisers, the venue offers space for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, trade shows, networking events, award ceremonies and gala dinners. Different rooms can be matched to the format and scale of the event, and the events team can discuss room arrangements and practical requirements with organisers. The venue also has a reception area and bar facilities for guest arrivals and socialising.

In-house catering is available, with menus and packages that can be discussed as part of an event enquiry. Options described by the venue include receptions, seated meals and buffet-style dining. Organisers can speak with the team about the event date, guest numbers, catering and bar arrangements, then explore a suitable suite and plan for the occasion. The City Pavilion is located on Collier Row Road and provides on-site parking for visitors, making it a practical option for events welcoming guests from across Romford and the wider East London and Essex area.
