Bowling Brook Mansion

Bowling Brook Mansion is a historic venue in Keymar, Maryland, offering a private setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and personal celebrations. The restored 19th-century mansion combines period details with several spaces that organisers can use to shape an event around their guest list and plans.

Ceremonies can take place outdoors in settings such as the gazebo, garden areas and beside the water feature, or indoors in the ballroom and mansion. For receptions and other gatherings, the ballroom spaces can be used separately or joined together, with capacity depending on the layout. The rooftop patio and grounds provide further options for guests to gather and enjoy the surroundings.

The venue also hosts private parties, showers and corporate events. Couples planning a wedding can arrange exclusive use of the property for their event, with on-site staff providing ceremony and day-of coordination support. The mansion offers suites and a honeymoon cottage for overnight stays, with accommodation for up to 18 guests. Bar service is arranged through the venue, while meals are provided by approved catering partners rather than an in-house kitchen.

Organisers can contact the venue team to discuss dates, spaces and event arrangements, or schedule a tour to see the mansion and grounds. Bowling Brook Mansion is well suited to planners seeking a heritage property with indoor and outdoor choices, support on the event day and the option for some guests to stay overnight.
