INDYCAR Experience

INDYCAR Experience gives event planners a motorsport activity for corporate groups, client entertaining and team outings. At the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, guests can ride in a purpose-built two-seat INDYCAR with a certified driver, taking in the speed and feel of the famous oval from the passenger seat. Ride options include different lap lengths, and experiences are also offered at other tracks around the country.

For organisers planning a group programme, the business can tailor experiences for groups of ten or more. Trackside rides can be combined with meeting space and catering, while additional options include branded helmets, show cars for photographs and racing simulators for friendly competition. This makes the experience adaptable to a company incentive, partner gathering or event-day activity, rather than only an individual booking.

Participants receive a race suit, helmet and gloves for the ride, and guests can watch from the trackside area. Organisers should factor in registration and preparation time, as the experience takes place at the circuit and is subject to track and weather conditions. The team provides practical arrival and participation information in advance, including eligibility and safety guidance.

Based in Speedway, Indiana, INDYCAR Experience operates as a specialist racing activity provider, not as a hireable event venue. Its offer suits event planners looking to add a distinctive, high-speed group experience to a wider programme in Indianapolis or at selected race weekends elsewhere in the United States.
