Hauberg Estate

Hauberg Estate is a historic mansion and garden venue in Rock Island, Illinois, available to hire for weddings, private celebrations and business events. Set on a hillside, the estate offers organisers a distinctive setting shaped by Prairie-style architecture, period details and landscaped grounds.

The mansion and its surrounding spaces can accommodate occasions ranging from wedding ceremonies and receptions to birthday parties, showers, graduations, family gatherings and celebrations of life. For business organisers, the estate can be used for meetings, retreats and company parties. The front lawn and garden provide an outdoor option, while the mansion and the first floor of the Carriage House offer indoor settings. Organisers can enquire about hiring individual rooms or the wider estate, including the mansion, Carriage House and front lawn.

Wedding facilities include separate suites for the wedding party to prepare, a full kitchen, decorative serving dishes, a grand piano and audiovisual equipment. Free parking is available, and estate staff can assist with event planning. The site also offers facility tours and rental consultations, giving organisers the opportunity to explore the spaces and discuss a suitable arrangement before booking.

As well as private rentals, Hauberg Estate is maintained as a historic and cultural property by the Friends of Hauberg Civic Center Foundation. Its mansion and gardens provide a characterful backdrop for gatherings, photographs and celebrations, while the estate's preservation work adds a strong sense of local history to the guest experience.
