The Mosnier function room, available to hire from Avermes town council, welcomes organisers looking for a practical space for a reception or group gathering. Covering 121 m², it suits a range of events, from family celebrations and private parties to meetings, general meetings, meals, bingo events and drinks receptions.

The room has tables and chairs for up to 90 people seated. The total permitted capacity is 120 people, which also allows for layouts where guests can move around or gather standing. A cloakroom and toilets are available on site, along with a fitted catering kitchen to make organising meals easier. The room therefore provides a practical setting that organisers can adapt to their programme and preferred layout.

Located in Avermes, in the Allier, the room can host private events as well as association meetings and local gatherings. The town offers different hire periods, including by the hour, by the day or for the weekend, with separate rates for residents and people from outside the town. Booking requests and practical enquiries are handled by the relevant municipal department. Organisers can contact the department to check availability, explain what they need and find out the terms that apply to their event.

With a set capacity, furniture available and essential facilities, the Mosnier function room is a straightforward option for organising a gathering or celebration in Avermes, without claiming to provide catering or decoration services.
