Foundation Event Facility

Foundation Event Facility offers three distinct spaces in a restored historic building in downtown Bristol, Tennessee. Event planners can choose a room to suit the scale and style of their gathering, from a smaller meeting or private dinner to a wedding reception, gala or larger celebration. The venue welcomes a broad range of occasions, including business meetings, seminars, fundraisers, class reunions, holiday parties, proms and live music events.

The H.P. King Room suits meetings, presentations and private functions, while the Caramel Mezzanine provides a more intimate setting for receptions, cocktail parties and smaller gatherings. The Foundation Room is the largest space and can be arranged in different layouts for seated events, theatre-style presentations or classroom sessions. Its historic character, original brickwork and dark wood details give the rooms a distinctive backdrop, and the venue team can assist with planning and decorating.

For event production, the Foundation Room offers a stage, lighting, sound equipment, microphones and projection screens. This makes it suitable for talks and presentations as well as celebrations.
