The Public House

The Public House is a countryside event venue in Readyville, Tennessee, where organisers can host weddings, corporate gatherings and personal celebrations. Set across 11 acres, the property pairs a heated and air-conditioned 4,000-square-foot main building with a beer garden, terrace and outdoor ceremony area. Its setting beside a pond and the surrounding grounds also offers guests plenty of space to mingle and provides scenic backdrops for photographs.

The venue welcomes a range of occasions, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, anniversaries, graduation parties, engagement celebrations, rehearsal dinners, company picnics and team-building days. Packages are available for larger gatherings, while hourly hire is offered for events of up to 100 guests. Wedding and large-event packages accommodate up to 200 people, with corporate options designed for groups seeking a mix of work, food and leisure.

Practical facilities include tables and chairs, four unisex bathrooms, a built-in bar and access to the beer garden and terrace. Depending on the package, organisers can also make use of indoor and outdoor speakers, colour-changing lights, wireless microphones, a smart television or projector, Wi-Fi and lawn games. Bar service is available with licensed bartenders, and kitchen access is provided for caterers under the venue's stated terms.

For wedding bookings, options include an outdoor ceremony space, preparation rooms and packages with event coordination, vendor coordination and decoration support. The venue also offers a ladies' salon and gentlemen's lounge as package additions or inclusions. With event staff on site and different hire formats for private and corporate occasions, The Public House gives organisers a flexible setting for bringing guests together indoors and outdoors.
