Round Up Barn Weddings & Events

Round Up Barn Weddings & Events is a private-use barn venue on a 50-acre property just outside Augusta, Montana. Set against views of the Rocky Mountain Front, the grounds offer several outdoor ceremony settings, including locations by a creek or pond and beneath mature trees. Couples can hold their ceremony outdoors and move into the barn for dinner and dancing, or use the barn itself for their celebration.

The venue welcomes weddings as well as birthdays, reunions, graduations, retirement celebrations, holiday parties and corporate gatherings. Indoor and outdoor spaces provide organisers with options for different event styles and guest numbers. The venue describes its capacity as suitable for groups of around 50 to 250 guests, and offers private use of the barn and grounds, together with free parking. A bridal cottage is available for getting ready, with overnight use available by arrangement.

Included event furnishings and features can include tables, chairs, a dance floor, serving bars, antique buffets and a welcome table. Organisers can also hire selected vintage and practical items, such as linens, glassware, serving dishes, utensils and chafing pans. Some items are available to buy as well as rent. The property has space for campers or tents, giving planners further flexibility for gatherings that extend beyond the main event.

With venue hire offered for a full day or a full weekend, Round Up Barn gives organisers time to prepare and clear away at a pace that suits their plans. The rural setting, flexible ceremony locations and rustic barn interior make it a distinctive choice for private and business events near Augusta, Helena and Great Falls.
