ULH Event Center

ULH Event Center is a bookable Houston venue for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings and community celebrations. Its 21,000-square-foot facility combines a large ballroom, a spacious foyer and a four-court sports complex, giving event planners several settings to consider under one roof.

The ballroom can host up to 1,000 seated guests and can be divided into three sections to suit different event sizes and layouts. It is used for wedding receptions, quinceañeras, graduations, holiday parties, reunions, award ceremonies, seminars, trade shows, performances and corporate meetings. The 5,720-square-foot grand lobby can also be adapted to the event, for arrivals, mingling or additional guest space.

For occasions that need a stage, the venue provides built-in lighting and sound for ceremonies, presentations, theatre and live music. Two private guest suites, with bathrooms, can serve as bridal, VIP or changing rooms. The four courts are equipped for basketball and volleyball, and can host tournaments, sporting events and birthday parties.

A standard hire includes a 12-hour rental, tables and chairs set up for as many as 1,000 guests, a venue attendant and access to a private car park and covered drop-off drive. Organisers may choose their own vendors or work with recommended suppliers. Commercial kitchen facilities are available for catering, including a separate kitchen intended for vegetarian food preparation. The venue also permits hosts to bring their own alcoholic drinks, subject to its requirements for licensed servers and event security. Its flexible spaces and vendor arrangements allow planners to shape the occasion around their guest numbers and programme.
