The Byre at Inchyra

The Byre at Inchyra is a restored 19th-century barn venue on a private Perthshire estate, available for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. Set among 150 acres of parkland, the venue combines the character of an old agricultural building with modern facilities and flexible spaces that organisers can arrange to suit their plans.

For weddings, couples can hire the barn and selected estate grounds for exclusive use. The indoor spaces can be adapted for ceremonies, dining, receptions and dancing, while the Walled Garden and woodland offer outdoor settings for ceremonies and photographs. The venue welcomes couples to shape their own celebration, with support from the events team and a network of recommended suppliers. A fully equipped catering kitchen is available for the chosen caterer, and the estate also has accommodation in cottages and a wedding suite, plus space for camping.

The Byre also hosts corporate dinners, awards evenings, conferences and other private events. Its rooms can be configured for different formats, and the venue offers professional lighting and sound equipment. The estate grounds provide options for outdoor activities alongside an indoor programme. Event organisers can discuss layouts, arrangements and a visit with the venue team, including virtual viewings.

Located in Glencarse, close to Perth and within reach of Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow, The Byre at Inchyra offers a countryside setting for organisers seeking a distinctive venue for a one-day event or a longer celebration.
