Salle polyvalente Le Royal

7B Rue de Schirmeck, 67570 Rothau, France

www.rothau.fr

The Le Royal multi-purpose hall, offered for hire by the municipality of Rothau, hosts a range of gatherings in a flexible space. It is suitable for meetings, training sessions and film screenings, as well as other events organised by associations, businesses or individuals. Organisers can choose a package with or without a kitchen, depending on their event's needs and the type of welcome planned.
Located in the heart of Rothau, the hall is accessible by car and is about 200 metres from the railway station. This makes it easier for participants to arrive by train, particularly from Strasbourg or Saint-Dié-des-Vosges. High-speed internet access is also available on site, which is useful for meetings and activities that require a connection.
Depending on requirements, the municipality can help coordinate certain aspects of the organisation by making local contacts available in the historical, tourism, cultural or technical fields. Catering options are available on site or nearby, giving organisers a range of choices for meals and breaks.
Bookings are made through the town hall, which sets out the hire conditions and formalises the agreement in a contract. Rates vary according to the renter's profile and the configuration chosen. A deposit and proof of insurance are required when signing. The hall therefore offers a practical municipal setting for bringing a group together in Rothau, with facilities and services that can be adapted to the planned programme.
