The Beaufort sociocultural hall is a community venue available to hire for events and gatherings. Located on rue d'Avesnes, on a leafy site of around one hectare, it provides a suitable setting for receptions, meals and gatherings organised by individuals or associations, subject to the conditions set by the council.
The hall has a fitted kitchen for preparing and serving meals. Facilities include a cooking area and a dishwashing area. Crockery is also available to hire, giving organisers a more convenient option for their guests. Heating is included in the weekend hire rate published by the town council.
The hall is designed to meet accessibility standards. Bookings must be made by post, stating the requested date and the reason for the hire. Organisers are therefore advised to contact the town council well in advance to check availability, the arrangements that apply to their event and the facilities on offer.
The council also manages other municipal venues, but this sociocultural hall is a dedicated option for events that need a welcoming venue with kitchen facilities. For a family celebration, an association meal or a local reception, organisers can contact the town council to ask about booking conditions and the options available at the venue.
