Bella Vino Events & Wine Room

Bella Vino Events & Wine Room is a bookable venue in downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio, for couples, businesses and people planning private celebrations. Its European-inspired interior combines stone walls, a vaulted brick ceiling and warm lighting, with a separate lounge furnished for informal conversation and pre-event drinks.

The space hosts weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, social parties, meetings, product launches and business receptions. Organisers can arrange an on-site ceremony as well as a reception. The venue accommodates more than 60 guests for a seated dinner and up to 100 for a cocktail-style gathering, with layouts suited to different event formats.

Venue facilities include tables and chairs, standard black linens, two private restrooms, Wi-Fi, an HDMI television connection, a private sound system, Bluetooth speaker and microphone access. A full bar with professional bartending is available, with drinks selected to suit the event. The lounge can also be converted into a dance floor.

Food can be arranged through Six Hundred Downtown, located next door, or organisers may bring their own caterer or select from recommended local providers. Packages vary by event, with options that include catering, bar service, set-up time, linens, a venue coordinator and help coordinating deliveries from other suppliers. Hourly room hire is also available for some daytime meetings and private lunches.

Bella Vino offers tours by appointment and accepts booking enquiries for weekday, weekend and holiday dates. Its downtown location has a community car park nearby, with additional parking and accommodation options within walking distance. The venue is suited to organisers seeking an intimate, characterful setting with practical event facilities and flexible food arrangements.
