The Venue at White Lake

The Venue at White Lake is an event location for weddings, receptions, family celebrations and business gatherings in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. Set beside White Lake, it offers a scenic backdrop for ceremonies and photographs, as well as indoor spaces for dining, dancing and socialising. The ballroom can host up to 500 guests, depending on the event and layout, while smaller rooms provide options for more intimate occasions.

The venue's spaces include a ballroom, a breezeway suited to ceremonies or drinks receptions, a relaxed lounge, a gallery for smaller dinners and a bar space for welcome parties or informal corporate gatherings. Couples can hold their ceremony and reception in separate areas, and the private pier is reserved for the event. A bridal suite is included with the venue rental, with a groom's suite available as an optional extra.

The Venue also welcomes quinceañeras, family reunions, corporate retreats, galas and other private celebrations. Tables and chairs, event setup and breakdown, parking and venue clean-up are included in its listed rental arrangements. Catering is not provided in-house, but the team can help organisers connect with external caterers. Bar service is handled through the venue's licensed provider.

Guests can choose from nearby accommodation options through The Grand Regal Resort, including condos, cottages, motel rooms and tiny homes. These stays are separate from the venue rental, and group lodging options can be discussed when planning an event. Organisers can arrange a private tour, discuss a tailored package and coordinate a vendor visit in advance. The venue accepts outside vendors, subject to its alcohol service requirements, and can accommodate indoor plans if weather affects an outdoor ceremony.
