Waarbeek Zalen & Events rents out spaces for weddings, corporate events and a range of private parties in Hengelo. The venue has three rooms, each with its own atmosphere and facilities, so organisers can choose a suitable space for both small gatherings and large groups.

For larger gatherings, there is a function room with an extensive lighting system, a smoke machine, projectors, a microphone and a laptop connection. The room can accommodate up to 650 guests seated at tables or 1,500 standing. This makes it suitable for events such as a staff party, anniversary, reception or wedding celebration. For smaller groups, there are Restaurant Negentien23 and Café Negentien23. These spaces can be used for drinks receptions, birthdays, private dining or afternoon tea, among other occasions. There are also two terraces.

Couples can use the venue for various parts of their wedding day, from the ceremony to the reception and evening party. The arrangements are tailored to the group's wishes, with a choice of different rooms and packages.

The in-house kitchen provides catering for events at the venue, including buffets, snacks, lunches, dinners and drinks packages. Catering at another venue in the Twente region is also available. Organisers can also add activities to their event, such as a pub quiz, game show, murder mystery dinner or VR game. Free parking and the central location make the venue convenient for guests arriving by car.
