The Madison Event Center

The Madison Event Center is a venue in downtown Covington, Kentucky, for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Its range of spaces includes the Grande, Emerald, Crystal and Royale rooms, giving organisers options for different guest numbers and event styles. The team can help match a room to the occasion, and the venue also offers ceremony settings for weddings, including smaller celebrations and elopements.

Event packages can bring together the venue, food and drinks, service staff, room preparation and post-event clean-up. The in-house culinary team prepares menus such as plated meals, buffets, chef stations and late-night food. Organisers can discuss menu preferences and make choices about bar service, décor and table details. For weddings, packages may also include coordination, linens, table settings and centrepieces, while couples are welcome to bring their own vendors.

The venue caters for business gatherings as well as celebrations, with spaces suited to corporate events and private functions. Its event team supports organisers through planning and provides an on-site captain and service staff on the day. Tables, chairs and linens are available, and the team can help with room layouts and event arrangements. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi, while AV features vary by room and outside AV suppliers may be used.

Hotel Covington is nearby, offering accommodation and room blocks for guests. With several event spaces, in-house food service and support from the venue team, The Madison provides a central Covington setting for organisers planning a wedding, company gathering or personal celebration.
