Ferme de la Haute Maison
- 34 bis Rue Serge Veau, 77650 Saint-Loup-de-Naud, France
Two rooms are available to hire. The large reception room, housed in a former barn, covers 200 m² and can accommodate up to 150 people seated or 180 for a drinks reception. A more intimate 90 m² room is suitable for banquets of up to 85 people. Both spaces have a catering preparation room. The large room opens onto a terrace and a 2,000 m² garden, ideal for an outdoor ceremony, a drinks reception or a break between key moments. Private parking is available on the estate.
For business meetings and seminars, the room can be arranged in different layouts. A projection screen, sound system and Wi-Fi are provided. Teams can also stay on site in the guest rooms, the gîte and the dormitory, with a stated total capacity of 36 beds. This arrangement makes it possible to hold residential events without needing to make multiple journeys.
The farm also hosts birthday parties, family meals, performances and events for associations. Recommended partner suppliers are available, particularly for catering, flowers and photography. Located around an hour from Paris and a few kilometres from Longueville station, the estate offers viewings by appointment and online quote requests.
