The Barn at Tall Oaks

The Barn at Tall Oaks is a purpose-built barn venue in the countryside near Hendersonville, North Carolina, suited to weddings, receptions and a range of private and business gatherings. Set among farmland, trees, landscaped grounds and a pond, the property offers outdoor photo locations as well as indoor event space. The barn can host up to 150 guests and is available throughout the year, with heating and air conditioning for comfort in different seasons.

For weddings, organisers can use the barn for ceremonies and receptions, with an indoor ceremony option and outdoor ceremony areas. The venue includes a dance floor, open-plan interior, loft, covered porch and open-air porch. A private bridal suite and additional rooms provide space for preparations or other event needs. Tables and chairs are available on site, and couples can make use of a collection of decorative items and signs. Outdoor ceremony chair set-up is available for an additional fee.

The venue is designed to work with outside suppliers. A caterers' preparation kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink and ice machine, and organisers are not required to use specific vendors. Sound and amplification equipment, controlled lighting, accessible parking, ample parking and golf cart shuttles are among the facilities listed. The venue also offers an on-site host, with a day-of coordinator available at additional cost.

Alongside weddings, the barn accommodates celebrations such as rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, family gatherings, showers and company parties. It can also host business meetings, training sessions, conferences and seminars. Event arrangements and pricing for non-wedding bookings depend on the date, guest numbers and requirements, so organisers should enquire directly about availability.
