Exchange Center at Expo Square

Exchange Center at Expo Square is a large, flexible venue in Tulsa, Oklahoma, available to organisers planning exhibitions, trade shows, conventions and other events. Its 58,500 square feet of event space can accommodate a range of show formats, from home and garden exhibitions and arts, crafts and collectibles shows to conventions, fundraising galas and banquets.

The facility is designed with practical production needs in mind. Organisers have access to two meeting rooms and two show offices, useful for event administration, meetings and backstage coordination. Drive-through doors and convenient access help with moving equipment and exhibition materials into the building. In-floor connections for water, gas, electricity and sewage are arranged across the space, supporting the varied requirements of exhibitors and event producers. The building is climate controlled and includes restrooms, a public address sound system and a concession stand.

Exchange Center is one of several venues within Expo Square, a broader event complex that also includes exhibition facilities, an arena and other event spaces. Organisers can review facility information and floor plans, submit an event application and work with Expo Square's event team on planning and arrangements. Food and beverage services are available through Expo Square's ExpoSERVE operation, with options that include concessions, corporate picnics, catering and bar service. This combination of adaptable space, show facilities and on-site support makes Exchange Center a practical choice for organisers seeking an exhibition or event venue in Tulsa.
