Musical Dome

Goldgasse 1, 50668 Köln, Germany

Musical Dome Köln is a versatile event venue close to the central station and Kölner Dom. In addition to its theatre programme, event organisers can enquire about and book the rooms for their own events. The options range from large stage productions to smaller gatherings in Lounge.

The centrepiece of the venue is Theatersaal, with its fixed stage and tiered seating. It is suitable for conferences, annual general meetings, award ceremonies, presentations, launch events and fashion shows, among other occasions. The spacious Foyer areas, spread across several levels, are also available for corporate events, galas, exhibitions, in-house trade fairs, anniversaries, Christmas parties and dinners. Depending on the room and layout, events can accommodate groups of different sizes.

Lounge offers a more intimate setting for corporate dinners, birthday parties, workshops, presentations, photo shoots and TV filming. It has a catering area and flexible seating options. Lighting and sound equipment can be requested for selected events. The existing stage and ground-level delivery access make it easier to stage productions with sets.

The combination of Theatersaal, Foyer and Lounge makes the venue suitable for a range of event formats and schedules. Organisers can discuss their requirements directly with the event team, including the most suitable room, technical equipment and expected number of guests. Please note that renovation work is taking place in 2026, so the actual appearance of individual areas may differ from older images.
