Wedding ship Darie offers a special setting on Rügen for civil and celebrant-led ceremonies on the water. The motor yacht is moored in Sellin harbour and is an official branch office of the Mönchgut-Granitz Registry Office. The civil ceremony takes place in a harbour, followed by a cruise through the Bodden waters. Up to six guests can join the couple on board for the ceremony.
The offer includes a sparkling wine reception and a professional photo shoot carried out by Photohaus Knospe. Drinks are available on board, and other food and drink requests can be arranged. The cruise follows the coast of Rügen, giving guests the chance to enjoy the wedding day in an intimate group and take keepsake photos in a maritime setting. For celebrant-led ceremonies, Darie can also travel to a chosen spot on the water, away from a harbour.
As well as weddings, trips can be booked for other private occasions. These include birthdays, anniversaries, youth confirmation ceremonies and naming ceremonies, as well as sunset and coffee trips. Up to eight people can join these outings. This makes the boat ideal for small, personal celebrations and shared experiences on the water.
