Bürgerhaus Wachenheim

Harxheimer Straße 10, 67591 Wachenheim, Germany

Bürgerhaus Wachenheim is a municipal event venue in Wachenheim im Zellertal. The local municipality rents out the indoor spaces and outdoor area to individuals, associations and other groups looking for a place to hold an event or gathering. The venue is therefore suitable for private celebrations, association events and social gatherings, among other occasions.

Organisers can choose from a large hall and a small hall. The large hall is offered together with the small hall, while the small hall can also be used separately. The municipality publishes different hire rates for local residents, non-resident tenants and associations. Depending on the booking, additional costs may include heating and end-of-hire cleaning, as well as a deposit. According to the municipality, use of the venue is free for internal events organised by local associations, such as committee meetings and Christmas parties. Special hire arrangements apply to events lasting several days.

The building has a history in the local area: it was built as a schoolhouse in 1907 and later extended with an additional hall, before being converted into a community centre. The venue is let by the local municipality. Anyone interested should contact the local mayor directly with enquiries and to discuss their booking. Bürgerhaus Wachenheim therefore offers organisers municipal facilities whose use and costs are clearly regulated by the municipality. Information about available dates and the specific terms of hire should be obtained directly from the contact person before booking.
