Arts District Mansion

Arts District Mansion offers event planners a distinctive historic setting in the heart of downtown Dallas. The venue combines the character of a traditional mansion with the scale and flexibility of a purpose-built pavilion, giving organisers a choice of spaces for weddings, corporate functions, luncheons and private celebrations.

The Pavilion features a 7,000-square-foot ballroom with a high vaulted ceiling. It can be divided into four sections and accommodates seated events for around 150 to 500 guests. Blackout panels help make the ballroom suitable for presentations and corporate training, while a wraparound reception area, gallery and terrace provide additional space for guests to mingle. The terrace looks out across the city and the Dallas Arts District.

For more intimate gatherings, the historic Mansion offers characterful rooms and a light-filled atrium. The venue describes the Mansion as suitable for luncheons and events for approximately 50 to 150 guests. Its different rooms can also be combined to create a setting for a wedding ceremony, reception or dinner. Couples can plan a celebration across the Mansion's interiors or use the Pavilion for a larger gathering.

Food and event planning support are available through the venue's culinary and catering team. Organisers can discuss menus and event requirements directly with the staff, with options suited to both social and business occasions. With historic architecture, adaptable event rooms, in-house food service and a central Dallas location, Arts District Mansion caters to planners seeking a venue with a strong sense of place and room for events of varying sizes.
