The 110-acre property sits near Shawnee National Forest, with wooded surroundings, open fields and waterside scenery that give organisers several distinct backdrops to consider.

Couples can choose from outdoor ceremony locations and indoor reception rooms, including the Grandview Room and Stonewall Room. Outdoor settings include the lakeside area, a valley chapel and woodland spaces. Reception plans can combine an indoor room with an adjoining terrace or other outdoor areas, allowing guests to move between settings during the day. The Grandview Room features a large stone fireplace and views across the grounds, while the Stonewall Room offers a more intimate lounge-style space.

Wedding arrangements can include ceremony and reception seating, tables and chairs, a rehearsal, access to grounds for photography and preparation rooms for the wedding party. A venue supervisor is available during the event, and the team can handle set-up and take-down. Parking is available on site, with golf-cart transport offered for guest convenience. The venue also has a kitchenette for guest use and outdoor gathering areas.
