Rye Hill Barn

Set within a working farm in the Wiltshire countryside, Rye Hill Barn is a rural venue for weddings, family celebrations and a range of other gatherings. Its 18th-century oak-beamed barn is around 100 feet long and can seat up to 150 guests, with room for additional evening guests. The barn's simple interior, fairy lights and draping provide a flexible setting that organisers can style to suit their occasion.

Couples can hold a civil wedding ceremony in the barn, orchard or original cart house. Wedding hire includes use of the barn and outdoor areas, tables and chairs, kitchen facilities, a bar area, parking and access for set-up and clear-down across a three-day hire period. The venue has a staffed bar, and organisers may choose their own caterer, make use of the kitchen or ask for recommendations. An on-site event coordinator is available to help with arrangements, and marquee extensions can be arranged on request.

The venue also welcomes birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, charity events, exhibitions, workshops and memorial gatherings. Depending on the event, spaces can be hired for a shorter session, with facilities such as the kitchen, bar, outside seating and car parking available. The barn's open floor area and characterful alcoves can suit displays, craft fairs and other activities that need room to arrange tables or exhibits. Reception drinks may be served in the orchard, garden or cart house, giving organisers a choice of indoor and outdoor settings. A small self-contained accommodation house is also available on site for guests.
