Annunciation Banquet and Conference Center

The Annunciation Banquet and Conference Center is a downtown Columbus venue for wedding receptions, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Its 6,000-square-foot reception hall can host up to 500 guests and can be divided to suit different event layouts. For smaller meetings, workshops or breakout sessions, organisers can also book from eleven separate rooms, each accommodating approximately 25 to 35 people.

The main hall features chandeliers, a stage, a built-in bar and a large oak dance floor. Tables and chairs are provided, and the venue has audio-visual equipment and Wi-Fi for presentations and business events. An enclosed landscaped courtyard offers an additional setting for drinks and reception moments, while a private room is available for brides. Free on-site parking is provided for up to 80 cars, with further parking nearby.

The venue is set across the street from the Columbus Convention Center, close to Goodale Park, hotels and the Short North district. This central location can be useful for organisers bringing together local guests, conference delegates and visitors staying nearby. An on-site kitchen supports the event service, and organisers select from the venue's approved caterers. The built-in bar is available, and clients may bring their own alcoholic beverages.

With dedicated information for weddings, corporate functions and special events, the centre caters for a range of occasions, from formal receptions and anniversary parties to business meetings and proms. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability, pricing and the room configuration that best fits their plans.
