't Veldt is a green event venue in Retie for organisers who want to bring their guests together in a relaxed setting. The venue combines a function room with a garden, heated stretch tents and several areas for gathering outdoors. This means the indoor and outdoor spaces can complement one another during a party, meeting or company event.

The function room, garden and stretch tent can accommodate up to 150 guests. For smaller gatherings, there is an outdoor experience bar with a stretch tent for up to 70 people. Around the campfire, on the lawn or in the sheltered outdoor areas, guests can relax and connect with one another. There are also play and sports facilities that are ideal for family celebrations and team activities.

Individuals can host weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, christenings and other family celebrations here. For wedding receptions, there are various spaces and styles, with options for both an intimate celebration and a party with a larger group. The venue also caters for companies looking to organise a corporate party, meeting or team-building event in a green setting. Activities can be combined with time to eat together, enjoy a drink or chat around the fire.

The atmosphere and decor are tailored to the season and type of gathering. Ecology and conscious choices also play a part in the way the venue is run. Organisers can arrange a visit in advance to view the spaces and discuss which layout and experience would suit their plans.
