In the heart of a wine-growing area, in Saint-Mars-de-Coutais, Domaine du Buttay offers a reception room set up in a former wine storehouse. Located near Lake Grand-Lieu and around 15 kilometres south-west of Nantes, the venue offers a rural setting for getting together for a wedding, birthday, christening or family gathering. It also hosts business events such as meetings, product presentations or retirement celebrations.

The 100 m² room can accommodate up to 70 people seated or 100 people for a drinks reception. The round and rectangular tables, along with the chairs provided, make it possible to adapt the layout to the chosen format. A 50 m² preparation kitchen is available to organisers and their caterer. It includes a professional cooker, an electric oven and a refrigerated cabinet. You are free to choose your caterer.

To help with the arrangements, the estate offers tableware for hire, as well as equipment such as a sound system and lighting. Marquees and poseur tables can also be hired to arrange the spaces to suit the needs of the reception. There is private parking next to the room, and a play area is available for children. Packages and prices vary according to the date and length of hire. Organisers can contact the managers to check availability, request a quote or arrange a visit. The room is therefore ideal for people who want to bring their guests together in a venue with character while remaining free to choose their suppliers and organise their event their own way.
