Overleaf Event Center

Overleaf Event Center offers a coastal setting for organisers planning a meeting, retreat, reunion, reception or intimate celebration in Yachats, Oregon. The event space accommodates up to 50 people, making it suitable for small and mid-sized gatherings rather than large conferences or banquets.

Organisers can choose banquet-style seating with round tables or a boardroom arrangement. The room also has a fireplace, and French doors open onto a spacious outdoor deck where guests can take a break or continue socialising outside. The ocean is close by, although it is not visible from the event room.

The venue is presented for a range of occasions, including birthdays, family reunions, graduation gatherings, small weddings, corporate retreats, workshops, team-building sessions and club meetings. Local residents can ask about rates for recurring gatherings. Food and drink arrangements are flexible: organisers may bring their own provisions and can serve alcohol subject to accepting responsibility for their guests. The team can also direct event planners to local caterers.

A stay at Overleaf Lodge & Spa gives guests access to the hotel's amenities, while nearby accommodation options include its sister property, The Fireside Motel, and Overleaf Cottage Rentals. This combination can be useful for organisers bringing people together for a retreat or multi-day occasion. To enquire about availability and pricing, prospective hirers can submit details such as the event date and expected attendance through the venue's online enquiry form.
