OC Leieheem is a municipal hall in Oeselgem, a sub-municipality of Dentergem, offering organisers space for meetings, activities and celebrations. The venue has a main hall with space for up to 250 people. There are also smaller rooms upstairs, suitable for groups of up to 40 people. This allows organisers to choose a space that suits the size and format of their gathering.

The hall has a bar. There is also a basic selection of glasses, cups, plates and cutlery. Anyone needing extra presentation equipment or technology can request a projector with projection screen or a sound system separately. The facilities are therefore suitable for a wide range of gatherings, from a presentation or club activity to a family celebration or reception. According to the municipal information, hall hire does not include a catering service.

There is ample parking at the venue. The hall overlooks a municipal playground, which can be useful for gatherings attended by children as well. No permanent bicycle parking is listed.

Reservations are made online through the municipal booking system. New users must first create an account, which needs to be approved by the people responsible. They can then submit their booking request. Organisers can contact the municipal booking service with questions about hall reservations and equipment hire. OC Leieheem offers a practical, municipally managed venue with different room sizes and facilities for local and private organisers.
