Holywell Estate

Holywell Estate is a private countryside venue in Hampshire for weddings, celebrations and business events. Set in the Meon Valley, the estate combines the character of a Grade II listed country house with extensive grounds, gardens and open countryside, giving organisers a choice of settings for gatherings of different styles and sizes.

Couples can hold civil ceremonies and wedding receptions at the estate. The restored walled garden provides an intimate outdoor setting, while the sailcloth tent offers a flexible space for dining, dancing and celebrations. Lawns, woodland and the historic house create varied backdrops for photographs and give guests room to enjoy the surroundings.

For private occasions, Holywell Estate is available for events such as birthday parties, anniversaries and evening celebrations. The team can discuss the brief and help shape a bespoke arrangement, with recommendations for external caterers, florists, cake suppliers and other event partners. Organisers can bring their own ideas to create a setting suited to the occasion.

Businesses can use the estate for client entertaining, company functions, team gatherings and outdoor activities. Corporate options include receptions and formal dinners in the sailcloth tent, as well as countryside pursuits and team challenges arranged with activity partners. The grounds are also available for professional film and photography bookings, with a range of landscapes and garden locations to choose from.

With event support from the estate team and several distinct spaces across the property, Holywell offers organisers a rural setting for both social and corporate occasions. Enquiries can be tailored to the event, guest numbers and the experience the organiser wants to create.
