The reception marquee covers 180 m² and has wooden flooring, a ceiling draped with fabric and transparent walls overlooking the garden. It can accommodate up to 120 people seated for a meal or 300 people standing for a drinks reception. The hire includes round tables and folding chairs. A private outdoor area of 200 m², with views of the rose garden, can be used for a drinks reception, a cocktail, photographs or a ceremony.
Depending on the booking arrangements, organisers can use the venue from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. A 35 m² catering tent is equipped with a worktop, a sink, a refrigerated cabinet and power connections to make food preparation on site easier. Crockery and utensils are not provided, and the caterer is responsible for their waste. The estate's team supports organisers with preparing their reception and can recommend suppliers. Prices are provided on request, for a day or a weekend. Free, secure parking is available very close by. Les Chemins de la Rose therefore offers couples and businesses a garden setting for their event, with additional spaces for dining, welcoming guests and spending time outdoors.
