Emporium for the Arts

Emporium Stage is a theatre and community arts venue in Woodville, Texas, that is also available for hire by event planners. Its stage and auditorium offer a distinctive setting for organisers looking for a venue with a theatrical character rather than a conventional function room.

The space has hosted weddings, private parties, special dinners, business meetings and political gatherings. It may suit organisers planning an intimate celebration, a community occasion or a group meeting, as well as those seeking a venue for a larger social event. The theatre’s regular arts programme includes live theatre and concerts, bringing a performance-focused atmosphere to the building.

Event planners can contact the venue to discuss a proposed booking and find out whether the space suits their guest numbers and plans. The venue is located on West Bluff Street in central Woodville, making it a local option for events in the surrounding East Texas area. Its identity as a working community theatre gives it a different feel from a standard banquet room, while its rental offer is aimed at a range of private and organisational events.

Emporium Stage is run by Emporium for the Arts, a non-profit organisation supporting visual and performing arts in its community. Alongside its own productions and concerts, the venue welcomes outside organisers seeking a place for an event. Those considering a booking can enquire directly about availability and arrangements for their occasion.
