Sweet Legacy

Sweet Legacy gives event planners two ways to bring a gathering together in Eau Claire: a characterful private venue and a broad collection of decor and furnishings available to rent. The venue, Alta Viola's House, has architectural details inspired by a Victorian home and can seat up to 80 guests. It is suited to intimate weddings, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties and other celebrations. Wedding rates are available on request, and venue hire includes a discount on additional decor from the rental collection.

For events at other locations, planners can browse pieces for ceremony backdrops, seating, tables, table settings, textiles, signs and decorative accents. The inventory includes distinctive chairs, sofas, loveseats and lounge furnishings, as well as practical dining items. Sweet Legacy also offers configurable design packages, ranging from small lounge groupings and photographer props to table settings, centrepieces and larger event arrangements.

Support can include design consultation, custom calligraphy and laser-cut signs, delivery, setup and collection. Some packages combine furnishings and decor with venue planning and mapping for ceremonies and receptions, helping organisers coordinate the look of an event across different areas. Planners can discuss the event date, requirements and availability directly with the team. The business operates by appointment for enquiries and bookings, with listed opening hours for visits and rental drop-offs. Whether organising an intimate celebration in its own space or sourcing characterful pieces for another venue, planners can use Sweet Legacy for both the location and selected elements of the event styling.
