Crystal Ballroom

Crystal Ballroom is a historic event venue in downtown Boise, set within the Hoff Building. Its main ballroom and two adjoining rooms provide options for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, with the additional rooms included in the rental. The venue welcomes wedding ceremonies and receptions, business meetings, seminars, company parties, fundraisers, birthdays and other private events.

The ballroom's period details, including original chandeliers, decorative moulding, picture windows and French doors, give events a distinctive setting. A dance floor comes with the room, and organisers can arrange live music or a DJ. The venue also provides tables and chairs, a PA system, microphone, podium, projector screen and a removable stage. Decorations are welcome subject to approval, and the team can offer recommendations.

In-house catering is provided by Big Sky Catering, with dinner buffet and hors d'oeuvres options as well as menus for breakfast, brunch and other occasions. Bar service is available through Jo's Traveling Bar. Organisers can discuss the room layout, catering, bar arrangements, availability and pricing directly with the venue team, as costs depend on the event date and requirements.

The location offers a practical choice for event planners seeking a central Boise venue with several connected spaces and key event facilities in one place. It suits wedding receptions and formal dinners as well as professional gatherings and community fundraisers, with the ballroom's historic character providing a memorable backdrop for each occasion.
