Salle Municipale

Avenue de Niedernberg, 59211 Santes, France

The Salle municipale de Santes is a venue available to hire for family celebrations in the Nord department. Situated on avenue de Niedernberg, it offers 500 m² of space and can accommodate up to 500 people. The municipality offers it for weddings, christenings, communions and birthdays, among other occasions, making it an option for families looking for a large hall to hire exclusively for a day or an evening.
Access to a kitchen is provided to make preparing or serving meals easier. Organisers can therefore plan their reception in whichever way suits them. Tableware is not provided with the hall. Rates vary depending on the type of hirer and the length of the booking, with different terms for families from Santes, private individuals from outside the area, businesses and associations. Hourly or daily rates are available depending on the circumstances, and an additional day can also be booked.
For evening bookings, the municipality requires a security officer to be present to ensure that the agreed times are observed and that the neighbours are not disturbed. Booking requests and practical enquiries should be sent to Santes town hall. Organisers can check availability, the arrangements that apply to their event and the hire conditions before confirming their plans.
