The Bakery District

The Bakery District offers distinctive event spaces in a former 1920s bakery in downtown Fort Smith. Its historic industrial character, including original brick walls, gives gatherings a setting with a strong sense of place, while updated facilities support a range of contemporary events.

Two rooms are available to hire. The Collection Room suits larger occasions, with capacity for around 350 to 380 guests. It is listed for banquets, conventions and weddings, and the rental includes tables, a projector and screen, microphone access, audiovisual equipment, a stage, ping-pong tables and cornhole boards. The smaller Cooler Room accommodates up to 30 people and is suited to birthdays, showers and other intimate gatherings. It includes tables, chairs and additional lounge and bench seating.

The venue also welcomes private parties, anniversaries, celebrations of life and other special occasions. Organisers can enquire about packages that bring together elements such as a bar, entertainment and food. The venue publishes preferred vendor information, a bar menu, parking details and a room layout to help with event planning. Food and beverage arrangements are subject to the venue's requirements, so planners should confirm current options and any supplier conditions directly when enquiring.
