Fully Loaded Airsoft organises airsoft games at various outdoor sites in Belgium. Players can take part in games at locations including The Canyon in Mons and the grounds of Kasteel van Bossuit in Avelgem. This gives the organisation a range of varied settings for airsoft, from a former quarry to an extensive, wooded site.

The Canyon covers around five hectares and features changes in elevation, bunkers and steep rock faces. The site calls for tactical play and offers a variety of mission options. Kasteel van Bossuit is set within a larger estate of around 27 hectares. Its surroundings include woodland, moats, a pond, open areas and bunkers. Camping is also available, making the estate suitable for participants staying for longer.

As well as individual game days, Fully Loaded Airsoft organises multi-day airsoft events with storylines and different types of games. Alongside airsoft, the festival concept includes evening games, team assignments, small tournaments and facilities such as camping, toilets and food and drink options. Participants can sign up for activities and packages, depending on the event. For organisers planning group outings, airsoft is an active outdoor activity that brings teamwork, strategy and movement together. The sites and scenarios provide space for teams looking for a shared experience.
