The Mosheim Mansion

The Mosheim Mansion is a historic event venue in downtown Seguin, Texas, available for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Built in 1898 and thoughtfully restored, the mansion combines period character with facilities suited to modern events. Its location on North Austin Street places guests close to local cafés, breweries, shops and restaurants.

The ground floor offers several distinct spaces that can be used for different parts of an occasion. The main ballroom is the mansion's principal gathering room, complemented by three parlours separated by original pocket doors. Other facilities include a renovated kitchen, a private green room, a custom bar and indoor guest facilities. A front yard provides an outdoor setting for ceremonies, while the mansion's wrap-around verandas add further character to the property.

For weddings, the venue can accommodate ceremonies and receptions, with ready rooms available for preparations. The team also provides a day-of coordinator to help manage the schedule and coordinate suppliers on the event day. The spaces are also suited to corporate functions, showers, rehearsal dinners, family celebrations and community gatherings, allowing organisers to shape the event around the rooms and the occasion.

Upstairs, the mansion has guest suites and accommodation, offering an option for couples or visitors who would like to stay at the property. The combination of historic interiors, multiple gathering spaces and downtown surroundings makes the mansion a distinctive choice for organisers seeking a characterful venue in Seguin.
