The Kelley Farm

The Kelley Farm is a historic barn venue in Bonney Lake, Washington, offering indoor and outdoor settings for weddings and other private events. The restored farm combines a traditional countryside character with practical facilities, and is within reach of Seattle and Tacoma.

The main barn can host gatherings of up to 300 guests. Its grounds also include a garden for ceremonies, a patio for cocktails or dancing, and open farm scenery for photographs. Couples can use the on-site Cottage and Quarters as places to get ready, while guests benefit from parking, modern toilets, heated floors, Wi-Fi and accessible event areas. Tables and chairs are provided, with set-up and breakdown included for those items.

Wedding celebrations are a central part of the venue's offer, but the spaces can also suit bridal and baby showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, company parties, corporate retreats, school dances, memorials and other gatherings. Venue hire includes an on-site host for venue-related assistance. The team also provides planning meetings and a final logistics discussion, while organisers can consult the venue's partner list for catering and bar services. Full-service catering and bar service must be arranged through approved partners, though other suppliers can be selected by the organiser.

The Kelley Farm offers ten-hour venue rentals, with additional time and other options available. The venue has announced that it is temporarily pausing new bookings for 2027 and later while construction and property improvements begin. Organisers considering future dates should check directly with the venue for current availability.
